Disney’s BoardWalk Inn

About Disney’s Boardwalk Inn

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is a Deluxe Resort at Walt Disney World located in the EPCOT Resort Area. The resort is conveniently located just a short walk away from EPCOT’s International Gateway entrance, and also has a walking path to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, making it easy to get to both theme parks during your stay.

Themed after 1940s Atlantic City vibes and Coney Island boardwalks, this charming waterfront resort brings a sense of elegance, yet vibrant fun to Walt Disney World. Not only is the Boardwalk Inn a resort, but it’s also a destination. Disney’s BoardWalk (which is where the hotel sits) is home to popular nightlife, dining options, and entertainment.

The Boardwalk Inn is also a part of Disney’s Vacation Club timeshare program. The resort is split into two sections — the Inn side and the Villas side. The villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club, though anyone can book them, subject to availability.

Accommodations

As a deluxe resort and Disney Vacation Club property, there are quite a few room options to choose from when you’re booking a stay at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. Unlike value and moderate resorts, which often have rooms that open up to outdoor walkways and hallways, this deluxe resort is entirely housed indoors, with indoor hallways and room entry points.

The theming in the rooms was recently refurbished to be subtle, yet sophisticated. You’ll find wood floors, white and teal hues, patterned headboards, and Victorian-style character silhouettes. Plus, some rooms even feature pictures of your favorite Disney characters enjoying the BoardWalk themselves!

Room options include:

  • Resort View
  • Water View
  • Deluxe Studio – Garden or Pool View
  • Deluxe Studio – Boardwalk View
  • Deluxe Studio – Resort View
  • 1 Bedroom Villa – Boardwalk View
  • 1 Bedroom Villa – Resort View
  • 1 Bedroom Villa – Garden or Pool View
  • 2 Bedroom Suite – Garden or Pool View
  • 3 Bedroom Grand Villa
  • Sonora VP Suite

All standard rooms accommodate up to five guests, while select villas and suites can accommodate more. Deluxe resort rooms are the largest of the three resort categories, with standard rooms measuring approximately 370 square feet, compared to the roughly 260 square feet of value resort rooms.

Club-level rooms are also available here and offer access to the exclusive Inkeeper’s Club, which provides complimentary light refreshments and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily. Club-level guests also gain access to Disney Signature Services, which includes a personal assistant available by phone to assist with reservations, accommodations, or special requests during their vacation.

The multi-bedroom villas are an excellent option for large families who want to stay together in one room instead of having to book multiple standard rooms. In fact, the three-bedroom villa can sleep up to twelve adults! All multi-room villas include a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a dining area.

Dining Options

Disney’s Boardwalk Inn is unique in terms of its dining options. Unlike other Disney Resorts, which have their own designated restaurants inside the lobby areas and throughout the hotel, the BoardWalk Inn shares its dining options with the BoardWalk destination itself. This means that you have to head outside to the BoardWalk to access almost all of the restaurants. While this may not sound idea, it actually can be beneficial because it means that you have even more dining options to choose from than your average Disney Resort! From signature fine dining restaurants to quick service restaurants and fun bars, the Boardwalk has a little of everything.

Quick Service Restaurants
