Disney’s Beach Club Resort exudes New England seaside vibes. The upscale yet understated decor is filled with soft blues and crisp whites, providing a light and airy environment. Its sister resort, Disney’s Yacht Club, is connected to the Beach Club, even though they are technically separate resorts. In comparison, the Yacht Club brings a more formal feel while the Beach Club has a more relaxed, casual feel.
The resort is situated on Crescent Lake, giving guests fantastic views of calm blue water and Disney’s Boardwalk. There are even white sandy beaches to stargaze from! Beach Club is a popular Deluxe resort for multiple reasons, including its proximity to Disney’s EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, plus it’s home to Disney’s most popular resort pool, Stormalong Bay.

As a deluxe resort and Disney Vacation Club property, there are quite a few room options to choose from when you’re booking a stay at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Unlike value and moderate resorts, which often have rooms that open up to outdoor walkways and hallways, this deluxe resort is entirely housed indoors, with indoor hallways and room entry points.
The room theming is casual and subtle, yet brings a sense of elegance to the resort. Wood floors with dark wood furniture and white and blue upholstery fill most rooms. While these rooms aren’t as “Disney” as others, you’ll still find photos and murals of your favorite characters enjoying the beach and resort themselves.

Club-level rooms are also available here and offer access to the exclusive Stone Harbor Club, which provides complimentary light refreshments and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages daily. Club-level guests also gain access to Disney Signature Services, which includes a personal assistant available by phone to help with reservations, accommodations, or special requests.
The multi-bedroom villas are an excellent option for large families who want to stay together in one room instead of having to book multiple standard rooms. In fact, the two-bedroom villa can sleep up to eight adults. All multi-room villas include a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a dining area – perfect for multigenerational Disney vacations.

Quick-Service Restaurants
Beach Club Marketplace
Beach Club Marketplace serves quick-service breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Marketplace is a unique quick-service location, as it isn’t a food court setting. In fact, Beach Club Marketplace combines quick-service dining and the resort gift shop. Therefore, there is no seating area inside the marketplace for guests to eat. Instead, just outside is a solarium and an outdoor patio with tables for dining.
Breakfast offerings include standard options like Mickey Waffles and breakfast sandwiches, while lunch and dinner offer a variety of sandwiches, hot dogs, and flatbreads.
Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar and Grill
Known for its cocktails that will blow you away, Hurricane Hanna’s is Beach Club’s pool bar and grill. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the pool bar offers not only handcrafted cocktails, beer, and wine, but also a full lunch and dinner menu.
Guests can choose from unique offerings like seafood rolls and loaded crab fries, or standard lunch and dinner fare including chicken tenders, burgers, or sandwiches.
Table-Service Restaurants
Cape May Cafe
This is your chance to spend a beach day with Minnie and her friends. Cape May Cafe is open daily for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast only, guests can dine with Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy while enjoying an all-you-can-eat buffet. The buffet is filled with standard breakfast offerings as well as a made-to-order omelet station – but save space for the salted caramel beach buns they bring to your table!
Dinner here is not character dining; however, it still offers an all-you-can-eat dining experience. Indulge in everything surf, along with some turf, at this seafood buffet. Choose from seafood boils, fried shrimp and fish, New England clam chowder, roasted chicken, pizzas, and more.
Dining reservations are recommended and can be made 60 days in advance through Disney’s website or the My Disney Experience app.
Beaches and Cream Soda Shop
Step back in time in an old-fashioned soda shop! Beaches and Cream serves up classic diner comfort food like grilled cheese, patty melts, chili tots, and burgers. But it’s known for its famous ice cream options! Guests can choose from classic and specialty shakes, sundaes, and banana splits. However, the most popular option is The Kitchen Sink, a gigantic ice cream sundae in a souvenir sink container filled with multiple ice creams, toppings, and brownies, serving 4 guests!
Beaches and Cream is open for lunch and dinner, with an additional to-go walk-up window for desserts and beverages. Reservations are recommended for this restaurant as well.
Martha’s Vineyard
This is a New England-style beach house lounge open in the evenings, usually opening at 4 or 5 PM. Guests can enjoy a cocktail, a sports game, and small plates like buffalo wings, clam chowder, and potato skins. Signature cocktails are offered, along with a full bar, beer, and wine options.
In addition to dining offered at Disney’s Beach Club, the resort is connected to Disney’s Yacht Club via indoor and outdoor hallways. This allows guests quick and convenient access to the Yacht Club’s dining options as well.

Pools
One of the biggest draws to Disney’s Beach Club is its resort pool options. Stormalong Bay isn’t just your typical resort pool – it’s a whole mini water park experience! With over 795,000 gallons of water within the pool complex, there is something for everyone.
Stormalong Bay features a sand-bottomed pool, a life-size shipwreck replica with a waterslide over 200 feet long, a lazy river where guests can float in inner tubes and relax, three whirlpool spas, and an elevated tanning deck. Shipwreck Pool is located at the entrance of the water slide, perfect for littles.
Additionally, poolside cabanas are available to rent daily. Prices hover around $350 per day, though they are subject to change based on demand. Cabanas include:

While hanging out at the resort, guests can spark their competitive side in the Lafferty Place Arcade, located just outside Stormalong Bay next to Beaches and Cream Soda Shop.
The Ship Shape Fitness Center is available to anyone ages 14 and older, and it’s open 24/7. Disney’s Beach Club Resort is one of the few Disney Resorts with a state-of-the-art fitness center to stay in shape — even on vacation!
Additionally, jogging tracks are available throughout the resort grounds, including a scenic route around Crescent Lake.
Resort Activities
Movies Under the Stars and the Beach Club Campfire are held each night on Shipwreck Beach. Complimentary marshmallows and s’mores kits are available for purchase to make the night even more special.
Boat rentals and fishing excursions are available from the Bayside Marina, and tennis courts and volleyball courts are open to play. Glow parties, painting classes, and trivia are held on select nights throughout the week, while poolside activities happen daily at Stormalong Bay.
Additionally, just a short walk from the resort entrance is the Fantasia Gardens & Fairways Miniature Golf.
Transportation Options
Disney’s Beach Club Resort offers three complimentary transportation options, including the Disney Skyliner, Friendship Boats, and bus transportation.
If you’re heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you can access the Disney Skyliner, a gondola-style system that can get you from EPCOT’s International Gateway (a short walk from the Beach Club) to select Disney Resorts and Hollywood Studios. This route requires a transfer at the Caribbean Beach hub to reach Hollywood Studios.
Additionally, Friendship Boats are available to take you from the Beach & Yacht Club dock to either Hollywood Studios (quicker than the Skyliner) or EPCOT. A walking path is also available if you don’t mind a short walk. Disney’s Beach Club is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to EPCOT and a 20-30 minute walk to Hollywood Studios.
Lastly, the Disney bus transportation system picks up and drops off at the front of the resort, offering routes to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and transfer options to Disney’s water parks.
Pricing
As a Deluxe Resort, the room type you choose to book at Disney’s Beach Club Resort can significantly impact the overall price of your stay.
Standard resort view rooms start at $600+ per night, while deluxe and water view rooms start around $800 per night. Multi-bedroom villas start at $1,000+ per night.
However, the Beach Club is often included in discounts offered by Disney. Be sure to check Disney’s website for discounts even after you have booked your room — you never know if a deal might pop up! Standard resort view rooms can drop to around $400-500 per night with a discount, making a stay here a bit more affordable.
Plus, as a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) property, rooms may be available to book through DVC rental websites.
