Itβs officially spring at Walt Disney World – meaning the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is back! This year, the springtime festival runs from March 4th to June 1st, 2026, giving you plenty of time to soak up all the farm-fresh food and drink offerings, concerts, and amazing Disney-themed topiaries. We’ve already eaten our way around the festival food booths, and weβre bringing you all the details on what dishes you need to try and which ones you can skip.

EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival Overview
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival focuses on all things fresh and gardening, including seasonal dishes, Disney-themed topiaries made entirely out of plants, a butterfly garden, and even free Smuckers Uncrustables! Guests can participate in TWO scavenger hunts, enjoy upgraded playgrounds for the littles, and listen nightly to the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the American Adventure Pavilion.
Of course, the most anticipated part of any EPCOT festival is the eats and drinks throughout the World Showcase and beyond. Not only does the International Flower and Garden Festival offer over 20 outdoor kitchens, but each kitchen features fresh, light ingredients – some even grown directly in EPCOT itself!
Are you ready to eat around the World Showcase with us? Let’s go!Β

Best Dishes of EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival 2026
Letβs start with everything we loved. The best of this year’s festival features a mix of old festival classics and new hits. To my surprise, many of this year’s new hits were desserts! I might have to take a few extra laps around the World Showcase to work off all the calories – but trust me: these dishes are worth it!

Blackened Fish Slider
Location: Florida Fresh
Price: $6.79 plus tax
I’m starting off strong with what may be my top pick of the entire festival. This blackened fish slider is topped with a fried green tomato, lettuce, and a Cajun remoulade. The brioche bun was soft and airy, the fish was perfectly seasoned, and the tomato and remoulade came together, creating a cohesive bite.Β
For under $7, this is not only one of the best-tasting dishes but also one of the best values.

Florida Strawberry Shortcake
Location: Florida Fresh
Price: $4.99 plus tax
Sticking with the Florida Fresh booth – donβt skip the strawberry shortcake! This is a winner for children and adults alike. Vanilla pound cake is topped with strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and even strawberry crumble.Β
The subtle tartness of the strawberries themselves balanced out the cake and sauces. Additionally, itβs a large portion. Easily shareable for a family!Β

Honeycomb Bowl
Location: The Honey Bee-stro
Price: $5.49 plus tax
Vegetarians sometimes get the short end of the stick at EPCOT festivals, but not this year! This new addition to a popular booth contains herbed quinoa, honey goat cheese, apples, and cauliflower, all topped with a piece of honeycomb.Β
I loved this! Itβs definitely a unique dish that may not be for everyone; however, if youβre looking for a light dish or just trying to stay semi-healthy on vacation (is that possible at Disney?), donβt skip this one.

Chicken and Waffles
Location: The Honey Bee-stro
Price: $6.99 plus tax
These chicken and waffles are a classic Flower and Garden staple, and this year is no different! Crispy chicken is set atop a honey-cornbread waffle with honey butter and an orange-honey glaze.
Sweet and savory is the best way to describe this. The chicken is juicy, the waffle had a perfect cornbread crumble without being dry, and the honey butter pulls it all together. This is a protein punch – making it a great filling snack, especially for those drinking around the world!

Trio of Dips and Chips
Location: Yacht Grub
Price: $6.49 plus tax
New last year, this was popular enough to return – thank goodness! A bag of housemade potato chips is served with three dips: whipped feta and candied lemon, caramelized onion and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles.
These chips are a great shareable snack if thatβs your gameplan. I think the pimento cheese dip was my favorite out of the three, however, theyβre all tasty! For those with littles, this is the perfect treat to grab and take a seat outside the Playalong Bay Playground – back for 2026.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob
Location: Beach Grub
Price: $5.99 plus tax
On the other side of Playalong Bay Playground is Beach Grub. Returning this year is the 100% vegan street corn. This street corn is grilled on-site, then topped with a dairy-free garlic-and-herb cheese spread and street corn seasoning.
Order this corn and watch them make it right in front of you – it doesnβt get fresher than that!

Japanese Curry Bread
Location: Hanami
Price: $6.75 plus tax
This may not be for everyone – and thatβs okay. However, if you like Japanese curry or have been looking for a way to try it, now’s your chance. This is a great on-the-go snack. The βbreadβ tastes more like a hash brown filled with vegetable curry. Regardless, it was tasty.Β
I do wish there was a bit more filling inside for the price, but Iβd order this again in a heartbeat.Β

Ramen Cup
Location: Hanami
Price: $8.50 plus tax
This dish is the most expensive dish on our list so far, but it could be a full meal itself. So, it’s worth the price. Served chilled, the cup contains ramen noodles, grilled chicken, edamame, corn, vegetables, and a vinaigrette.Β
Shake this cup up, grab your chopsticks, and enjoy a completely rounded-out meal. The vinaigrette-to-noodle ratio was perfect. On a hot summer (or spring), this is a must-eat dish.

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding
Location: Magnolia Terrace
Price: $5.19 plus tax
YES! This bread pudding was so moist and completely covered in a rum-caramel sauce. I have no notes on this, except get it. The recipe is about as straightforward as youβd expect, but it’s worth every penny. No fancy frills, just a great treat at a reasonable price.
Even the kids will love it – my four-year-old devoured this in seconds!Β

Warm Cheese Strudel
Location: Bauernmarkt: Farmers Market
Price: $4.99 plus tax
Now, Iβm very vocal about my annoyance with the Germany booth at ALL the festivals. The menu never changes; itβs repetitive and boring, quite frankly. HOWEVER, this warm cheese strudel has me crawling back every time.Β
Itβs a large, shareable strudel that’s heavily covered in a berry compote. The warm cheese inside, with the berries, is a sweet-and-savory combo that you must try!

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
Location: Primavera Kitchen
Price: $5.50 plus tax
I saved the best – and most surprising – for last. Hold on to your hats, ladies and gentlemen, because the Italy booth actually has a WIN this year!
This cheesecake is made with ricotta cheese, raspberries, and sweet whipped cream. Anytime I order from the Italy booth, at any festival, I have the mindset of βHere we go again, Iβm taking one for the team!β. So when I say I was shocked, I mean SHOCKED.Β
This was sweet yet not over-the-top, so light and airy, with the perfect combination of cheesecake and swirl. The ricotta was the star of the dish. Though I do wish it were a bit bigger when compared to other desserts on our list. I can say with certainty that Iβll be getting this every trip to EPCOT from now till June.

What Weβd Skip Next Time
Although we thoroughly enjoyed most of the festival items, there were a few we wouldnβt order again. Whether it was due to taste, value, or quality, here are some items you may want to skip if youβre heading to the Flower and Garden Festival this year.

Arancini
Location: Primavera Kitchen
Price: $7.75 plus tax
The cheesecake might have been great, but the rest of the menu turned out to be classic Italy booth. These fried risotto balls, filled with beef ragout, peas, and Parmesan, were served with tomato sauce on top.
They were small, mushy, and had little flavor. I found no peas inside either arancini. Though the tomato sauce itself is good, the rest is a waste of money.

Blackened Shrimp Poβ Boy
Location: Magnolia Terrace
Price: $7.49 plus tax
This makes my skip list for price-to-value ratio only. Overall, this po’ boy was good. The shrimp were flavorful, and the remoulade was good. It tasted like the same sauce on the fish slider that we loved! However, the bread-to-shrimp ratio was definitely off.Β
Unfortunately, the bread was so thick that every time I took a bite, all I could taste was the bread. If you really want to try this dish, I’d suggest you grab a fork and just eat the inside. However, at that point, $7.50 for 3 or 4 shrimp is steep.

Copperpoint Brewing Co. Sweet Tea Amber Lager
Location: Magnolia Terrace
Price: $6.00 plus tax
Iβm a big beer lover. However, this may have been the worst beer Iβve ever had. If you like super sweet cocktails, this may be your vibe. Love or hate is personal preference after all, right?
However, I felt like I was drinking straight sweet-tea-flavored syrup, and I love tea! I really had high hopes for this, but it was a hard no for me. If you do want to sample it, I suggest getting the beer flight so you have multiple options.

French Toast
Location: BRUNCHCOT
Price: $5.29 plus tax
This sandwich bread French toast was topped with a cinnamon cereal cream, caramel sauce, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. This was SO sweet. It tasted good, overall. Though, I could have done without the cream.Β
It was so sweet, like made-your-stomach-hurt-after level of sweetness. Even the sugar-loving kids didnβt want to finish it! If you want a sugar high, this is your dish. If not, order something else.

Taco de Calamar
Location: Jardin de Fiestas
Price: $9.00 plus tax
Lastly, this is a tough one. I love the Mexico booth at all the festivals, but this time it fell flat for me. I appreciate something new, but I couldnβt get behind this dish. As the most expensive item we tried all day, it was also one of the smallest.Β
This taco was filled with fried calamari, fried garlic, aioli, and chives. I know calamari is βspecialβ, but if weβre going to get calamari, it should at least live up to the price. The flavors were there; however, the calamari itself was tough and chewy. I loved the fried garlic and the aioli, though.Β
I may convince myself this was an off-day and try it again, but for $9, I’d say skip it and save your money for better dishes.

Final Thoughts
EPCOTβs International Flower and Garden Festival offers unique dishes that combine fresh ingredients with familiar presentations. There was so much I loved about these outdoor kitchens, and many things Iβd get again didnβt even make this list!
While there were a few things Iβd skip when I return to the festival, this is a foodie lineup you wonβt want to miss. If you have a trip coming up, donβt sleep on this festival.
