So, you can expect your small bites and drinks to be some of the most photogenic eats in all of Disney World!

While the food booths are often considered the highlight of the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, there are several other things available for you to participate in and see during the festival. For example, you can complete a Figment-themed scavenger hunt as you make your way around World Showcase to receive a special prize, help paint a massive art mural, enjoy a Broadway-style concert with some of Disney on Broadway’s biggest stars, and even pick up some Disney artwork of your own from various merchandise booths. This festival is sure to keep you busy!

The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine

The popular food challenge is back again for the Festival of the Arts! Disney has confirmed that The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine will return for the 2024 festival which includes purchasing five food items from pre-selected Food Studios located around the park to receive an extra free treat at the end.

To complete The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, you’ll need to pick up a Festival Passport (which can be found at the front of the park, at merchandise locations, and at the Food Studios) and purchase five of the listed dishes. With each purchase, a Cast Member will stamp your Festival Passport as proof and, once you’ve received all five stamps, you can take your Festival Passport to the Deco Delights Food Studios near Port of Entry to get a free Artist Palette Cookie.

While multiple pre-selected dishes qualify for The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, you don’t have to purchase each one to complete the challenge. If some of the dishes don’t appeal to you, you can opt to purchase multiple of the same dish and earn a stamp for each purchase. In fact, you could even buy five of the same dish and still get the free cookie at the end.

It’s also important to note that you do not have to collect all your stamps on the same day – you can opt to come back to the festival multiple times to complete the stroll. Just be sure that you bring your Festival Passport back to keep track of all your stamps!

EPCOT Festival of the Arts Tips

Never been to the EPCOT Festival of the Arts before? Here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure that you have the best day in the park and get to experience all of the festival offerings!

Time Your Visit Right

The Festival of the Arts has become a popular event over the years, drawing large crowds to EPCOT. If you want to avoid long lines for food booths and activities, we suggest avoiding weekends. The first and last weekends of the festival also tend to be the most crowded.

Plan to Spend 2 Days at EPCOT

With 16 food booths (plus a few extras!), activities, and more, you may find that one day isn’t enough to do all of the festival activities and enjoy all of the rides, restaurants, and offerings at EPCOT.

A Complete Guide to EPCOT Festival of the Arts - Menus, Activities, and Tips for 2024

Create a Must-Try List Before You Go

There’s a lot to eat and drink at the Festival of the Arts and, unfortunately, it’s nearly impossible to try it all. Disney releases all of the Food Studio menus online, so we suggest reviewing them and deciding on what eats and drinks you really want to try before you even set foot in the park.

Don’t Skip the Interactive Art Experiences

The food and drink may get a lot of the glory, but the art experiences are equally noteworthy! These fun family-friendly activities are only at EPCOT for a limited time and you may even walk away with a complimentary souvenir in tow for participating!

Is the Disney on Broadway Concert Series Dining Package Right for You?

If you want to avoid the stress of not knowing if you’ll get a seat for the Disney on Broadway Concert Series show, purchasing a dining package is well worth it. Plus, the food at the included restaurants is delicious! However, eating at a table service restaurant with the dining package may mean that you’re less hungry for food at the Food Studios, so consider what your priorities are before booking.
