Another Disney ship is joining the expanding Disney Cruise Line fleet in 2025! Launching from Singapore as the SEVENTH ship in the fleet, the new Disney Adventure is set to be the biggest and most immersive one yet. Here’s a complete breakdown of all the entertainment, dining, staterooms, and more set to debut on the Disney Adventure cruise ship!
Overview of the Disney Adventure
In 2022, Disney Cruise Line acquired the Global Dream ship when it was about 70% completed. And, now that ship is known as the Disney Adventure!
Work on the Disney Adventure is already underway in Germany. It is expected to be Disney’s largest cruise ship with a capacity hovering around 6,700 passengers plus 2,500 crew members. For reference, the Disney Wish is currently Disney’s biggest ship and can hold 4,000 passengers.
The Disney Adventure will sail its maiden voyage on December 15th, 2025 out of Singapore where it will be home ported for the next five years. Bookings open on November 14th, 2024.
Itineraries
When it initially debuts, the Disney Adventure will sail from Singapore and throughout Southeast Asia for 3- and 4-night voyages. Currently, the itineraries do not include any port of calls, so you’ll be out at sea the whole time.
Theming
As you might expect, the Disney Adventure’s theming is all about adventure! There will be themed spaces throughout the ship featuring Disney, Pixar, and Marvel characters and stories.
Because this was an acquired ship, the layout is unlike anything we’ve seen before from Disney Cruise Line with SEVEN distinctly themed areas including Disney Imagination Garden, Disney Discovery Reef, Wayfinder Bay, Town Square, Marvel Landing, and Toy Story Place. Each will have its own immersive theming with a variety of amenities and offerings (more on that below!).
Bow
Disney Cruise Line’s tradition of choosing a character to feature on the ships’ bow continues with the Disney Adventure as Captain Mickey leads the cruise ship out to sea.
Disney Adventure Cruise Ship Staterooms
The Disney Adventure features four different room categories – Inside Staterooms, Oceanview Staterooms, Verandah Staterooms, and Concierge Staterooms. The ship is separated into separately themed stateroom areas, so depending on what deck you stay on, you’ll find artwork inspired by Disney, Pixar or Marvel stories.
Here’s a breakdown of each stateroom category.
Inside Staterooms
Inside staterooms are the smallest accommodations on the Disney Adventure, sleeping up to 4 guests. They are the cheapest rooms you can stay in on the ship and only the Deluxe Inside Stateroom with Reef View has a window overlooking the Reef area of the ship. The other two room types do not have windows or verandahs.
The Disney Adventure has three inside stateroom opinions including:
- Deluxe Inside Stateroom with Reef View
- Deluxe Inside Stateroom
- Inside Stateroom
Oceanview Staterooms
Oceanview rooms are exactly what you might think – rooms with an ocean view! Each sleeps up to 4 guests and features a porthole window so you can enjoy views of the sea from your room.
The Disney Adventure has two oceanview stateroom options including:
- Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom
- Oceanview Stateroom
Verandah Staterooms
Verandah Staterooms sleep up to 4 and come fit with a private balcony featuring a small table and two chairs. The verandahs face both the ocean, garden, and reef areas of the ship depending on which room you select. Each features multiple safety locks that are difficult to open for the safety of your little ones.
The Disney Adventure has three verandah stateroom options including:
- Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah
- Deluxe Garden View Stateroom with Verandah
- Deluxe Reef View Stateroom with Verandah
Concierge Staterooms
The Disney Adventure has some of the most extensive and luxurious concierge rooms and amenities of any Disney Cruise Line ship. You can choose from a variety of stateroom and suite options that are each themed with artwork and design elements inspired by Disney and Marvel movies like Aladdin, Frozen, The Little Mermaid, and The Avengers.
The Disney Adventure has six concierge stateroom options including:
- Royal Suite
- Oceanview Suite
- Garden View Verandah
- Oceanview Stateroom
- Inside Stateroom
No matter which room type you select, you’ll gain access to exclusive concierge retreats, luxury shopping, first-class spa services, premium fitness facilities, an outdoor sundeck, and more.
Disney Adventure Cruise Ship Dining
Rotational Family Dining
In keeping with Disney Cruise Line’s tradition, the Disney Adventure will offer rotational family dining for dinner each night. This means that you’ll rotate between three different dining rooms throughout the voyage and your dining service team will follow.
The rotational dining on the Disney Adventure will be unlike any other Disney cruise ship, as it will be home to SIX different dining rooms. So, you can vacation more than once and have a totally different dining experience each time. Here’s what to expect at each:
Navigator’s Club and Hollywood Spotlight Club
These will be the most formal dining rooms on the Disney Adventure with the theming of both paying tribute to the glamour of the golden age. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Daisy Duck will make special appearances in both dining rooms during your meal.
Animator’s Palate and Animator’s Table
Disney Cruise Line’s Animator’s Palate experience is coming to life on the Disney Adventure in both dining rooms with the animation process at the heart of the dining experience. As you dine, you’ll see your very own drawings come to life on-screen.
Enchanted Summer Restaurant
The Enchanted Summer Restaurant will have two themed dining rooms with one immersing you in a summer snow day in Arendelle from Frozen and the other bringing you into a cozy dining hall from Tangled.
Adult-Only Dining
Palo Trattoria
Palo Trattoria will be an adult-only dining experience serving up the best Italian fare on the sip. The restaurant’s theming is inspired by the “celestial dream sequence from Disney and Pixar animated movie Luca” and Disney has shared that it will feature “twinkling constellations, moonlit accents, and astronomy-inspired décor.” Reservations are required.
Mike & Sulley’s — Flavors of Asia
Mike & Sulley’s — Flavors of Asia will be a first-of-its-kind adult dining experience on the Disney Adventure with four indifferent offerings including a full-service Japanese steakhouse, a lively teppanyaki room, a chic bar with Omakase-style dining, and outdoor dining featuring sushi and sashimi. Reservations are required.
Casual Dining and Cafes
Pixar Market Restaurant
Pixar Market Restaurant will be the largest quick service offering on the ship. Breakfast and lunch will be served buffet-style with “classic favorites, international specialties and plant-based offerings.” In the evening, it will switch to a seated dinner experience with a menu of regional and international cuisines.
The space will feature multiple dining areas themed to Pixar movies like Inside Out, Monsters University, Turning Red, The Incredibles, and more.
Mowgli’s Eatery
Located in Disney Imagination Garden, Mowgli’s Eatery serves Indian-inspired cuisine. The space is inspired by Mowgli’s adventure in The Jungle Book.
Gramma Tala’s Kitchen
Gramma Tala’s Kitchen is a quick service restaurant inspired by Moana. It will feature a menu of Pacific and Asian flavors and is located in Disney Imagination Garden.
Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill
This beachy-themed quick service restaurant features a menu of “juicy burgers and hearty sandwiches.” The interior is inspired by Lilo & Stitch and will put you at the center of the “warm, friendly vibes of Hawaiʻi’s North Shore.”
Cosmic Kebabs
Inspired by Ms. Marvel, Cosmic Kebabs brings some of the best eats from New York to the seas! You can find a full menu of kebabs, pitas, tabbouleh, and baba ghanoush here.
Palo Café
Palo Cafe is another quick service option on board the Disney Adventure. More details about what to expect at this spot will be announced soon.

Disney Adventure Cruise Ship Bars and Lounges
Buccaneer Bar
Buccaneer Bar is the Disney Adventure’s sports bar. It will serve a wide selection of high-end brews and have live sports broadcasts on screen throughout the bar.
Spellbound
The Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is the inspiration for Spellbound. Stop here for a specialty cocktail on your cruise.
Disney Adventure Cruise Ship Onboard Activities
Toy Story Place
Toy Story Place is home to the biggest and best pools and water slides on the Disney Adventure. Located on the upper decks, there will be multiple family pools, whirlpools, slides, and two Toy Story-themed splash pads (one for toddlers and one for older kids). Plus, there will be TWO massive outdoor screens with movies and trivia throughout the day.
Marvel Landing
Marvel Landing will be Disney Cruise Line’s first “theme park at sea” and will feature three all-new Disney attractions. Ironcycle Test Run is Disney’s first-ever rollercoaster at sea taking guests on a high-speed ride on Tony Stark’s latest Ironcycle prototype up to 30 feet above the upper deck. Pym Quantum Racers puts you inside a Pym Tech-modified mini-car and lets you take a spin around a full-scale toy set track where you have to navigate a variety of obstacles. And, Groot Galaxy Spin will be a ride that’s very similar to Dumbo The Flying Elephant at the Disney Parks.
An infinity pool and pool bar will also be located in Marvel Landing.
Broadway Style Theater Shows
Disney Cruise Line is known for its outstanding entertainment, and the Disney Adventure will feature both new and classic shows. As part of its nightly Broadway-style theater lineup, the cruise will feature different shows, with one performed each night of the sailing. This includes “Disney Seas the Adventure” which originally debuted on the Disney Wish and a brand new stage show for the Disney Adventure called “Remember.” According to Disney, it will be “a heartwarming tale of love and longing, starring the lovable robots from the Pixar movie WALL-E” as he “enlists heroes from Coco, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and other favorite Disney and Pixar animated films to restore EVE’s memories through the power of music, hope and treasured remembrances.”
Beyond the Broadway-style musicals, there will also be four all-new shows performed at the Disney Imagination Garden stage including Let’s Set Sail on the first day of your cruise, Baymax Super Exercise Expo which will be a high-energy show that invites you to get your body moving, Mickey’s Color Spin Dance Party, and Avengers Assemble featuring an epic battle between Marvel Super Heroes and Villains.
San Fransokyo Street
The world of Disney Animation’s Big Hero 6 comes to life on the Disney Adventure cruise ship! You can walk along a vibrant street market filled with interactive games, activities, shops, movie theaters, and more. Plus, you can even meet Baymax here.
Hiro Training Zone
Put your hero skills to the test in the Hiro Training Zone! This immersive training simulator invites any group of four to play games across a high-tech gaming floor.
Wayfinder Bay
Wayfinder Bay is located at the back of the ship and is a quieter, more relaxing pool area with plenty of seating and stunning views of the sea. Grab a drink at the Voyager Bar or relax in the wading pool that comes fit with a built-in sun shelf. The pool area won’t always be available for swimming though, as it doubles as a performance venue for a new live show called “Moana: Call of the Sea” featuring a musical retelling of Moana.
Disney Discovery Reef
Disney Discovery Reef is home to shopping and dining options on the Disney Adventure themed to the “nautical worlds” from Finding Nemo, Luca, Lilo & Stitch, and The Little Mermaid.
Town Square
Step inside a “fantastical forest” filled with lounges, cafes, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues at Town Square. The area draws inspiration from Tangled, Cinderella, Frozen, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Princess and the Frog, and more.
Character Meet-and-Greets
Of course, a Disney cruise wouldn’t be complete without the chance to meet some of your favorite characters. Throughout your cruise, you can meet and pose for pictures with all kinds of Disney characters including princesses, Pixar pals, Mickey and friends, and Marvel heroes and villains.
Disney Adventure Cruise Ship Kids’ Clubs
Whether you’re traveling with infants, toddlers, children, tweens, or teens, there is a dedicated space onboard the Disney Adventure for them! Although these spaces typically welcome only kids and act as your very own built-in (and free!) babysitter, there are certain times when adults can join the fun too.
Throughout your cruise, all these spaces offer open houses, allowing parents to join in the fun and enjoy the spaces with their kids. Check the Navigator app for the times and spaces that offer open houses throughout the day.
“It’s a small world” Nursery
“It’s a small world” Nursery is the babysitting service for infants onboard the Disney Adventure. Inside, the littlest sailors can enjoy games, crafts, movies, books, and visits from Disney friends while under the care of Disney’s trained counselors.
Please note that the nursery is the only kids’ space on the Disney Adventure that isn’t free, and it requires reservations. You can make reservations whenever your onboard booking window opens. Or, there are usually some dame day reservations available if you wait until you’re onboard.
Disney’s Oceaneer Club
Kids ages 3 to 10 are welcome inside Disney’s Oceaneer Club. This signature Disney Cruise Line space features multiple themed rooms for kids to enjoy including Marvel WEB Workshop. Andy’s Toybox, Fairytale Hall, and Walt Disney Imagineering Lab.
The space features games, crafts, character interactions, hands-on activities, and more throughout the day under the supervision of Disney’s trained counselors.
Reservations are not needed for Disney’s Oceaneer Club and kids can come and go as much as they please. Just note that parents must check the children in and out. Children must also be potty trained and fully bathroom independent.
Edge
Edge is a space dedicated to tweens ages 11 to 14. It features TVs, video, games, board games, movies, trivia, and lots of scheduled activities throughout the day to keep your kids busy.
Vibe
Vibe is for the “big” kids ages 14 to 17 and features spaces to hang out along with scheduled activities including movies, games, and more. Disney youth counselors keep watch over the space.
