Some of these are official policy. Some are Disney etiquette that's finally being backed up by Cast Members. All of them matter more in 2026 than they did a year ago. 🎢 WHERE DISNEY IS CRACKING DOWN HARDEST Lightning Lane return windows are being enforced at the tap point, and everyone tapping in has to actually be on the reservation. Advance Dining Reservations now carry real financial consequences — cancel inside two hours or no-show and Disney charges $10 per person. Line cutting on headliners like Flight of Passage and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train can send your entire group to the back. And height requirements? Cast Members have seen every trick, and none of them work. 🏨 RESORT AND POOL RULES Saving pool chairs for people who aren't at the pool is being addressed at busier resorts — unattended chairs don't stay saved. Quiet hours run 11 PM to 7 AM, and they apply to hallways and grounds, not just your room. 🚶 THE EVERYDAY DISNEY RULES MOST GUESTS BREAK This is where Disney etiquette and enforcement overlap. Rope drop isn't a race, and Cast Members will stop runners. Sudden stopping in the middle of a walkway jams up the busiest sidewalks in Florida. Strollers belong in designated parking areas — leave one along a walkway and it will be moved. Fill in the row at shows, kill your camera flash on dark rides, don't camp a quick-service table before you have food, and let people off transportation before you board. ⚠️ THE ONES THAT CAN END YOUR TRIP Drinking Around the World is a great adult day until it isn't — intoxicated guests get escorted out. Taking your frustration out on a Cast Member is the fastest way to get removed. And if a ride breaks down, you wait for a Cast Member to walk you off.
